Annual Comps

Annually in January, I research and publish a summary of the previous year’s sales of small multi-family income property from our local Metrolist MLS. This is a great way for the local owner to get a complete look at what’s been selling in their neighborhood and to stay ahead of Denver Metro trends. It allows you to see where your property fits in when compared to actual sales. Check out the Summary and 2-4 Unit Sales Lists below.
